How do direct payouts work?
RUVOXE connects directly to your merchant account using Stripe Connect Express Direct Charges. When a customer purchases on your storefront, the charge is executed directly on your connected account. Funds land immediately in your bank according to your normal Stripe payout schedule with no platform holding or delays.
Are there any platform transaction fees?
RUVOXE charges 0.0% platform transaction fees on both the Basic plan ($9.99/mo) and the Pro plan ($18.99/mo). Standard card network processing fees apply directly to your connected Stripe account.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
You can test both the Basic and Pro plans for 14 days without charge. A valid payment method is required to activate your trial, but you will not be billed until the 14th day. You can cancel at any time directly from your merchant dashboard.
Can I connect my own custom domain?
